What payment options do you offer?

Payfast
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our Payfast portal.

Please let us know if you are having any issues and we will be happy to assist.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we are happy to discuss changes to colours and designs on existing templates. Please send us an email at info@mandarabags.com

 

Do you sell your products at wholesale?

Yes, we do sell wholesale. Pease send us an email and we’ll add you to our wholesale list.

 

Sale items:

We regretfully don't do returns on sale items. All sales are final.

 

SHIPPING

Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. 

How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent via Aramex or The Courier Guy, or through the local post network if you fall under an outlying area.


What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over South Africa and to all countries that have a post office.

Shipping is free for orders over R500.


How long will it take to get my order?

We manufacture all orders in house as orders come in.Please allow for 7 working days for manufacturing and 1-3 days for shipping. If your order is urgent (last minute birthday shopping please contact us and well see how we can help).

How long does shipping take?
Local (KZN) - 1 to 2 days. Cape Town, JHB, surrounds and outlying - 2 to 3 days

 

Where do you ship from?
We ship out of our office in Durban, South Africa.

Can I make any custom changes to my order?
Yes , as all our orders are custom made to order , we have added a “special instructions” box on check out where you can request a special change to be make to your bag. 

 

Difference in colour from website photo:

Leather is a natural material. WE use only first grade leather and Due to the dying process ,Variations in colour can occur from batch to batch. This is what makes every bag unique!

 

My item is defective

Oh no! We are truly sorry that you’ve received a faulty item!

Please send a picture of the broken item to info@mandarabags.com and we will arrange an exchange for you. Of course, we will refund you any additional shipping costs that may occur.
