What payment options do you offer?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our Payfast portal.
Please let us know if you are having any issues and we will be happy to assist.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we are happy to discuss changes to colours and designs on existing templates. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you sell your products at wholesale?
Yes, we do sell wholesale. Pease send us an email and we’ll add you to our wholesale list.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.
How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent via Aramex or The Courier Guy, or through the local post network if you fall under an outlying area.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over South Africa and to all countries that have a post office.
Shipping is free for orders over R500.
How long will it take to get my order?
We manufacture all orders in house as orders come in.Please allow for 5 days for manufacturing and 1-3 days for shipping. If your order is urgent (last minute birthday shopping please contact us and well see how we can help).
How long does shipping take?
Local (KZN) - 1 to 2 days. Cape Town, JHB, surrounds and outlying - 2 to 3 days
Where do you ship from?
We ship out of our office in Durban, South Africa.
Can I exchange my product?
If you want to exchange please email us at email@example.com. and let us know which item you want to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the new product as soon as we get the return.
How can I return an item?
You can return an unused item within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, send an email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you want to return. We will then send you instructions on where to send the item. Once we have received the item, we will issue you a refund. Please do not send us returns without contacting us first.
Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself.
Can I make any custom changes to my order?
Yes , as all our orders are custom made to order , we have added a “special instructions” box on check out where you can request a special change to be make to your bag.
My item is defective
Oh no! We are truly sorry that you’ve received a faulty item!
Please send a picture of the broken item to email@example.com and we will arrange an exchange for you. Of course, we will refund you any additional shipping costs that may occur.
