We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Mandarabags.com. However, as computer monitors, tablet and smart phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Leather is a natural product and slight color variations between the image on our website and the product are to be expected.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the item ordered is out of stock.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
The completion of the contract between you and Mandarabags.com will be an email sent to you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.
The sale contract is therefore concluded in Durban, South Africa and the language of the contract is English.
SHIPPING IN SOUTH AFRICA
Shipping within South Africa is free of charge.
We use Courier Guy for deliveries in South Africa. Your order will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment (excluding orders placed during the weekend or public holidays) and the lead time for delivery is two to three days. Please note that this only applies to orders that have been accepted.
We will email you the tracking number of your parcel, as soon as it has been dispatched, which you will be able to track at

Deliveries are typically made between 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays.
Central areas are serviced within 24hrs, whilst non central areas might have a lead time for delivery of 3-4 days.
For your convenience, we recommend to state a phone number on which you can be reached, which we will pass on to the courier service so that they can be in touch with you directly to make further arrangements for delivery.
The shipping costs are based on the prices of our service provider.
Standard postal service: Delivery can be expected within 10 working days. Items may be subjected to delay in the destination country due to customs inspection and any import related formalities. Up to three weeks delay can be expected over busy seasons.
Expedited Mail Service (EMS), which is an international priority mail service offered by the South African Post Office.Delivery can be expected within 5- 10 working days. Items may be subjected to delay in the destination country due to customs inspection and any import related formalities
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and are based on the total weight of your order. A flat fee for handling is added as well. Your invoice will show shipping and handling in one sum.
Orders are dispatched between three to five working days of receipt of payment from our shop in Durban. This only applies to accepted orders. See 'Orders' for more detail.

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and/or customs charges that may be incurred on your side. We recommend to state a phone number in your account details, which will be noted on the waybill and will give the authorities in your country of residence the opportunity to get in touch with you swiftly.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase.
If it is still in the condition that we sent it to you, we will refund you on your purchase plus initial shipping costs. Please note that we won't be able to refund you any import taxes or duties incurred. However, you will have to cover the return shipping costs. Please note that we can’t be held responsible for damages incurred during the shipping process.

International returns will need to be sent back with registered mail.
Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned item and via PayPal only.
PLEASE NOTE: We can’t refund incurred import taxes and duties!
South African returns can be sent back with a courier service.
Alternatively they can be dropped off at our stores in Durban.

International customers are advised to pay via PayPal. Payments can easily and safely be made on PayPal using all major credit cards.

If your country of residence does not have access to the PayPal payment gate, then you might want to try Payfast. We apologize if neither is able to process your payment. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept payment in any other way. Thank you.
CONVERSION RATES & FEES
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
The prices in foreign currency on our website are therefore a guideline only.
The prices are subject to foreign exchange rates and are calculated using the current conversion rate that is updated weekly. Since the Rand is a volatile currency, fluctuation in prices are to be expected.
Customers outside South Africa will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

Mandara requires that you create an account and provide us with some personal information to enable us to process your orders, you to make payments and us to deliver your items to an address of your choice. We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age. We may also use this information to help us develop and improve our website and provide you with a more personalised shopping experience.
In order for us to deliver your order, we will supply our courier with your name, address and contact number. This is the only third party that we will give your details to.
For our newsletter we only require your email address. Apart from our fashion news email, we may also email you information about products, services and details of promotions and special offers from Mandara. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you can click on 'unsubscribe' found at the bottom of our newsletters. You may also unsubscribe by emailing mandarabags.com.
We will only collect personally identifiable information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve you in view of our legitimate business purposes as set out above, and we will use our best endeavors to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with.
